Refund & Returns Policy

Cancellations

If you have placed your order and it has not yet been dispatched, you may cancel it for any reason by submitting a written request to Physio Supply.

In the event that you have already paid for your order via credit card, your refund will be issued directly to that account. If you are charged for a product that is not immediately available, you may choose to wait for the new delivery or have the amount refunded to a bank account. If you have paid for your order by bank transfer, the refund will be credited to the bank account you specify with an IBAN in your written request. In this case, any transfer fees incurred will be borne by you. In any case, the refund will be processed within 15 calendar days from your written request.

Returns

Physio Supply accepts returns of products purchased from its website upon your written request, subject to the following conditions:

  • The return request must be submitted in writing within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
  • Products must be in their original packaging, which must be unopened.
  • Products must be unused.
  • The return must be accompanied by the relevant sales document (e.g., retail receipt).
  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping and returning the products to the following address: Physio Supply. Returns via ELTA (Hellenic Post) are not accepted.

In the event that you have paid for your order by bank transfer, your refund will be credited to the bank account you specify with an IBAN in your written request. In this case, any transfer fees incurred will be borne by you. In any case, the refund will be processed within 15 calendar days from the receipt of the returned products at the above address. Returns of gifts given for promotional purposes or as part of an offer with another product are not accepted. If the products do not meet the aforementioned conditions, they will be returned to the sender at their expense.

Replacements

In the event that you receive a broken or defective product, Physio Supply will replace it free of charge, provided you submit a written request within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. In this case, Physio Supply will arrange for its collection and return. Subsequently, and once the problem is confirmed, Physio Supply will replace the specific item with a new one free of charge within 15 calendar days from the confirmation of the problem. Returns of defective products not handled by Physio Supply are not accepted, and if no problem is found with the returned product, you will be charged the cost of the return. In very rare cases where replacement is not possible due to lack of stock or discontinuation of the product, a refund will be issued according to the terms applicable to returns.

Warranties

After 15 calendar days from the date indicated on the sales document, you fully accept the quality, quantity, and price of the goods you received. For products accompanied by a manufacturer's warranty, you have the right to return products that show a problem within the period specified by the warranty. In this case, you will be charged the cost of return and re-shipment, but not the cost of repair or replacement. Refunds or exchanges for different products for defective products are not accepted after 15 calendar days from their receipt date.
