Physio Supply reserves the right to limit quantities of any product.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used for lawful purposes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud. Payment is due at the time of purchase, and we accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on orders over €50. Delivery times vary by location and shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused items in original packaging. Certain items, including opened electrotherapy devices and personal care products, may not be eligible for return due to health and safety regulations. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
