1. Online Order

Select a product from our online store and place it in the shopping cart. Select the products you wish to order from the cart. Fill in the order details, shipping address, select payment method, shipping method, and add your comments. Review the order, accept the Terms & Conditions, and submit the final order. At each step, there is a "Back" option to correct errors.

Credit/Debit Card

You can pay securely using your credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). All card payments are processed via Stripe, ensuring your data is protected with the highest security standards.

1. Courier

Products are delivered to you in 24-48 hours for orders placed by 14:00, provided they are available.

• Free shipping for orders over €79.00 (up to 2kg).
• Shipping cost €5.00 for orders of lower value (up to 2kg).
• For orders over 2kg, the surcharge is €1.50 per kg.

2. Transport Company

Heavy and bulky items as well as custom-made products are sent via transport companies. Shipping costs are borne entirely by the recipient.

3. Store Pickup

You can pick up your orders from our store without any shipping charge.
